Travel Care is a business name of G A Bhatia Pty Ltd (ABN 30 147 167 628), 222 Henley Beach Rd, Torrensville SA 5031 (“Travel Care”, “we”, “us”). We respect your privacy and handle personal information in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.

1. What we collect

• Your name, phone number, WhatsApp number and email address.
• Trip details: where you are flying from and to, dates, and the number of travellers.
• For bookings: each traveller’s full name as on the passport, date of birth, passport details, and any meal, seating or assistance needs (which may include health information you choose to give us).
• Payment details needed to process your booking.
• Website information such as pages visited, the device and browser used, and how you arrived at our website (see section 5).

2. How we collect it

Mostly directly from you: through WhatsApp, phone calls, email, our website quote form, and in person at our Torrensville office. If you book for other travellers, please make sure they agree to you giving us their information.

3. Why we use it

• To give you quotes and make, manage and change bookings.
• To contact you about your trip, including schedule changes.
• To send you fare offers and news, if you have agreed. You can opt out at any time.
• To run and improve our website and advertising, and to meet our legal obligations.

4. Who we share it with

We share your information only as needed to arrange your travel or run our business, for example with airlines, airline booking and ticketing systems, travel insurers, payment providers, and the service providers that run our messaging, email and website. Airlines and some of these providers are located or store data overseas, including in the countries you travel to, the United States and other countries. Border and government agencies may also require passenger information. We do not sell your personal information.

5. Our website, cookies and analytics

Our website uses cookies and similar tools, including Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity and the Meta Pixel, to understand how visitors use the website and to measure and improve our advertising. These tools may record pages viewed, clicks and general device information. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and manage ad preferences in your Google, Microsoft and Meta accounts.

6. Marketing

If you have agreed to receive offers from us, we may contact you by email, SMS or WhatsApp. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, or you can simply tell us to stop.

7. Keeping it safe

We take reasonable steps to protect your information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access, and we keep it only as long as we need it for the purposes above or as the law requires.

8. Access, correction and complaints

You can ask to see or correct the personal information we hold about you by contacting us. If you have a privacy concern, please contact us first and we will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version is always on this page.
